A rainy September day in Todmorden was the scene of this year’s Todmorden Food Festival. We had wet feet and muddy boots but we still had a great day. Carefully we walked across the sodden and quite frankly flooded grass to get to the enticing food and drink stalls.
Here I bought my first bag of Cobnuts. I’ve never had them before, they were very fresh and delicate in flavour. I now need to find a tasty Cobnut recipe.

To finish we had to have a little sweet treat, coffee and walnut cake YUM!
