I was kindly invited to a Meat and Potato night at Honest Burgers in Manchester, we met the two co-founders of the business, who entertainingly told us all about how they have built thier chain up from a small kitchen I Brixton, to a multiple restaurant chain. I learned how thier in house butchery, and particul cuts of beef allows them to serve thier burgers blushingly pink. In the taste test these burgers were SO SO juicy on the inside, with a beautiful char on the outside. 🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔 I also learned that the company have an in house potato scientist, WOW! Creating the perfect potato for the perfect chip, and the only way to finish the perfect chip….with scratch made rosemary salt, or ‘fairy dust’ of course! 😋😋😋😋😋
